"Coconut Bay you owe me nothing. I had an enjoyable time in August with my 10 year old son and 78 year old mom. The vacation was enjoyable for all three of us. All the staff seem happy and engaged. I like how everyone is attentive to all guests no matter the age. The kids are seen, they are attended to. Jamal at the Bars was on his way out of the bar when my son stopped him for a drink but he couldn't remember what he wanted. Jamal waited for my son to go back to the drink menu board to get the correct name, showing no sign he was in a rush, went to make the drink for him and left. A+ service, Bravo Jamal.. Coconut Bay overall, great job, remember to take care of the staff so they can take care of the guests. We will be back next summer Godwilling."
