Had the garden view room, it was absolutely stunning. The pools and swim up bar fantastic. The staff throughout the facilities were nice, respectful, catered to the customer needs and wants, extremely friendly and polite.

Truly an amazing experience here at this resort. I would definitely come back again in the future. My partner and I had a blast and the food was delicious! We had butlers assigned to us (shout out to Neil) and were truly supportive throughout our stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Zoëtry. However, the stairs were difficult to navigate. I generally had a positive experience with the staff, except on our final day when the resort lost power. We requested assistance with our luggage but ultimately had to struggle carrying it down the stairs and up to the lobby. I understand that the staff had no control over the power outage, but the situation should have been handled differently. If the resort has experienced outages before, there should be a backup plan to assist guests who are checking out, especially since most travelers have tight schedules and need to get to the airport. It was especially disappointing to feel as though the staff ignored us while we were visibly struggling. My advice to management is to develop and implement a clear plan for assisting guests during power outages. We paid the same rate as every other guest and should not have been overlooked. Unfortunately, this experience cast a dark cloud over what was otherwise an enjoyable vacation.

The property was an older property but still very beautiful and maintained. If you love a rustic vibe, lush gardens and don’t mind walking…it’s definitely the resort for you! The grounds are maintained beautifully and is so scenic!!! A HUGE APPRECIATION to the concierge staff (tours) especially Nikole (thank you), the restaurant staff at 14-16degree (thank you), they were all so attentive and polite, Sanjay (very energetic, loved the energy), and last but not least the General Manager(many thanks)! My only dislike were the staff at the front lobby not helpful at all. Side note: If you go around carnival time, some of the resort amenities are limited…tours.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, amazing room and view. Service a little slow, but it’s island time, so don’t be in a rush anyway. All inclusive and easy. Loved paddling across the bay to a little coral reef and snorkeling with the free amenities.

Felt like a tree house in the jungle with stunning views of the bay. The beach was great, but very small - only real let down during our stay. Zoetry is great for those not interested in leaving the property, lively atmosphere within the resort - especially by the swim up pool. Strongly recommend a bay-view room. Food was good, not excellent - to be expected with an all inclusive. We were motivated to see more of the island, we rented a car for two days and drove around visiting beaches, waterfalls, mangroves and hiking trails with lookout points. We also did a boat excursion which was excellent. Beautiful island, aesthetically pleasing resort, overall great value for the price.

Food was our biggest issue. It’s all inclusive, and the choices get old after day 3. Going off the reservation for something different is a huge effort- like an hour drive away. The staff was great, the massage was top notch, but the property needs a refresh. We did like the chill nature. There weren’t hordes of sports fans yelling at TVs at the poolside bar like we experienced in Maui.

Though an hour from the airport. Well worth the ride across the island to this beautiful resort. Super friendly staff. All inclusive food/drink without wasteful untasty buffets. Everyone was very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. The concierge service helped plan our stay before we even got there. Mini fridge is well stocked by staff. Easy boat shuttle over to the beach. Just be ready - lots of stairs. The island is also very mountainous. There is some distance between restaurants on property to walk. I would definitely stay again.
