The main building of the property including the rooms and the dining room and bar were kept very clean. The staff members were generally friendly. Special thanks to Garfield for arranging our catamaran tour with Sea Spray Cruises and Vanessa in the dining room for her consistently cheery service. We purchased the all inclusive plan and found the food to be very good. The beach was a short walk away and stores and restaurants were nearby. Nice, locally owned boutique resort.

The resort is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We traveled with a 3 month old and they were always so nice and kind to him. Always sharing a smile and asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay easier. The room was spotless each day. Food was also really good. Best part is the location! Staying at this resort was an absolutely delight. The proximity to restaurants and lounges was a huge plus. All the staff I encountered were absolutely amazing, but I need to give a special shout out to Telcar❤️ She took care of me and my friends as if we were her own. She radiated joy and happiness every time I saw her with her bubbly personality and jokes. Also the male Night Shift receptionist (I apologize for not catching your name) looked out for us whenever we had a late night. It is because of her and the other amazing staff why I intend to visit St. Lucia and stay at Coco Palm again.
