So baby friendly would highly recommend for young families!! Needs some updates as our AC was broken, wall divider broken, sofa 2 different heights, shower light out, and missing tub plug but they attempted to fix each things when we asked. The restaurants were actually very good food and not just the buffet food put on a fancy plate. Great coffee shop and nice gym.

Very disappointed in our room. The advertised family suite is updated and looked modern. The room we received was old and needed repairs. We asked to switch rooms for 3 days and the staff was very nonchalant and unhelpful. They said only a handful of rooms have been updated so far. They offered nothing to compensate us for the false advertising.

I recently stayed at the Royalton Saint Lucia and overall had a great experience. The food was amazing, with plenty of delicious options throughout the resort. The amenities were excellent and offered something for everyone, making it easy to relax and enjoy the vacation. The room was comfortable, but it could definitely benefit from a deeper cleaning and some updates to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the property. My biggest disappointment was the front desk experience. While some staff members were pleasant, I often received conflicting information and found that assistance was not always readily offered. Despite these concerns, the positives far outweighed the negatives. The beautiful property, great dining options, and enjoyable amenities made for a memorable stay. I would recommend the Royalton Saint Lucia to anyone looking for a relaxing Caribbean getaway.
