Merkel was our main bulter during our stay as we had him for 6 of the 8 days (check out day he was off). He always made sure we were good and was excellent to inform us if any delays were occuring. Top notch service. A ton of space available on the beach and having a ton of restaurants and pool options helped.

Room was amazing. Beverly took great care of us every day and room was spotless. We loved our butlers Claude and Vivica but due to staffing illness we didn’t actually have any butler for the first few days luckily Claude and Vivica who were assigned to our friends room helped us with reservations anyway. Kudos to them!!!!!

This resort was very nice. The staff were amazing!! The food was mediocre but better than most all inclusive resorts. The night time entertainment was fun but didn’t last long. Pools were beautiful and the beach was out of this world. I would definitely recommend this to resort.

Clean room, great dual showers in some rooms. The staff for facilities was amazing. Elijah was the best. Merkel made things happen and showed up in an amazing fashion. There was a chef whom was in the buffett on the seafood station, across from the meat. Then he was the chef Japanese grill. I dont recall his name, but he too was amazing. He also recalled us as a group, he also made sure we had fun at the grill. Great memories were created with his help and guidance.
