"良かった点ワンフロアでとても広く小さな子供が暴れてもあまり気にしなくてよかったです。プレイルームが別部屋にあり、時間を気にせず遊べるのが最高でした。また宿泊横に温泉があり、割引券もあったので入浴は温泉に入れるのが良い点でした。悪かった点建物が古い為か部屋全体がカビ臭かったでした。臭いやアレルギーが気になる方にはちょっと。っていう感じでした。"

"Stair inside the room that can directly goto the other room without door/gate. Feel not safe if stranger live downstair, also not safe if young kids walking around. The toilet without any ventilation fan, make it a bit smelly. Parking area is not big enough for 2 car, maybe is the parking instruction not show clearly how to park the car. The instruction should show how two car parking in the parking area. This house better for those who only need sleep."

"Luxurious glamping experience. 2 double bedding for 4 in tent is very comfortable, charging points for electronics well positioned at bedside table, impressed that tent comes with air conditioner n towels. Felt safe with no issue about security. Common toilets n bathroom a short walk away n has all amenities needed. Dinner n breakfast are delicious with free flow of water/juices/coffee till 11pm. A big thank you to all staff enabling such nice experience!"

"ペット同伴可能ということで、利用しました。経年相応の古さはありますが、リフォームして綺麗にされています。事前にスタッフの方がエアコンを起動していてくれたのか、部屋があったまっていましたが、当日は気温も高く、日中は暑かったです。逆にエアコンを止めると夜間は寒く、その点で古い建物だと感じる点はありました。無人チェックインなので、対人でのやり取りはなく、その辺煩わしい人には、おすすめできるかと思います。ベッドも多数あり、大人数で泊まるにはおすすめではないでしょうか。一点、一回のテレビですが、集煙装置のため、ソファー側からテレビが見づらいのが気になりました。 "

"A lovely hotel, in a beautiful building, with great service. On arrival we had a quick check-in, having previously received a QR code through completing pre-check in online at the request of the hotel. We then got to choose from a wide range of bathroom amenities to take to our room. The room was fairly spacious, with high ceilings and the beds were very comfortable. A good shower and of course a Japanese toilet! There is a free wine tasting in the early evening, including some local wines, which is fabulous so I recommend arriving in time for it. The only thing I would say is that of the two staff working at the tasting, only one seemed knowledgeable about the wines. The other was lovely and friendly but could only describe the selection as “red” or “white”. However this could simply have been a language barrier. If you like whisky, the bar also has a great selection, including local Japanese options, which are reasonably priced. However the highlight has to be the “morning tea” breakfast, served in the style of English afternoon tea, with a variety of local, sweet and savoury items served on a tier of plates. Delicious!"

"Online pics showed a room with a desk but mine had only a bench and small low table. I asked the front desk staff to help with making a reservation and they refused and instead wanted me to use a QR code for a reservation service that did not have the restaurant listed. They just stared at me blankly."

"We absolutely love this hotel. It is walkable to Otaru Canal and Sankaku Market. We do not have a parking lot on 1st day but it is not an issue as there are plently of options nearby. Family Mart is few steps away. The breakfast was good quality. We enjoyed it very much every morning and picked a 9am slot for non peak timing. The public bath was small and decent."

"The location was very convenient & in a quiet area. Just around a 10 minute walk from Otaru Eki. A 5 minute walk to the canal. There's a Family Mart across the street from the hotel. There was also a cute little shop selling mochi and manju nearby. I loved how the hotel was in a historic building. The bathroom was spacious & modern. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly & very helpful. Would definitely stay there again."
