"My wife and I recently had a fantastic experience at the DoubleTree. While the warm welcome cookie is always a nice touch, the true highlight of our stay was the exceptional customer service, particularly from a staff member named Jordan. We had an unexpected and very late flight change, which presented a real problem for us regarding checkout. Jordan handled our situation with incredible grace and professionalism. Understanding our dilemma, he went above and beyond to arrange a much-needed late checkout for us. This simple act of kindness and flexibility relieved so much stress and allowed us to relax and prepare properly for our extended travel day. Jordan's helpfulness truly turned a potentially frustrating situation into a pleasant and manageable one. It’s employees like him who make a hotel stand out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming, but the service we received, especially from Jordan, is why we will definitely be choosing the DoubleTree again. "Stayed here many times. Convenient location , close to airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are well set up. Early start time for breakfast much apprecuated for travellers having early departures. "

"Grand lobby, impressive decor. Front desk assistant spoke English in soft tone and at times, unclear to me. Stayed at triple deluxe room on the 16th floor. The bathroom was flooded with water at least 2 inches in height. The water took at least half an hour to clear the bathroom. For a few stars hotel, this shouldn’t have happened!"
