"We had multiple issues with our stay - in our room the rainfall shower head didn’t work, and water leaked on the floor where we had to block it with multiple towels. The water was not warm enough. The design of the hand wash basin was poor, where water leaked behind the sink. There were moths behind the screen which goes in between the bathroom and bedroom. There was also a damp smell in the bed. There aren’t any windows to open in the room so the room isn’t well ventilated, even when using the air con. The rooms do not look like the pictures online.
We informed staff and this was not followed up with until our last night where they offered to send an engineer, but there was not point as we were about to leave. There was also a planned power outage during our stay which we should’ve been told about before we arrived so that we could have the option to book another hotel instead. Staff gave us a complimentary free dinner one night, but we would’ve preferred compensation. Very disappointing stay for a double tree hotel, and would not stay again.
The only enjoyable part was the breakfast and the kind staff there "
"This hotel was exceptional, the breakfast was five star restaurant quality with sweeping views of Kuala Lumpur.
Our room had breathtaking views of the Patronis Towers and the location of the hotel in KLCC is brilliant.
We dined at two restaurants on site and had room service and could not believe how good the food was.
This is our favourite hotel in Malaysia. "
"Horizon room definitely worth the extra expense. Lounge and wine a treat. Room very spacious and spotless. All staff were very helpful and friendly. 10/10. If back in KL "
"Everything is immaculate ! I got sick during the check out day and asked to check out a bit later, at 2pm, so I can rest a bit more before catching a later flight. The service staff are so friendly and granted my request. And also give me extra water to take"
"I cannot thank the staff at Hilton KL Sentral enough for their excellent service and help. I stayed there a couple times for my egg freezing trips. During my first stay, I lost one injection in the fridge. I called the hotel after realising I didn’t bring it back, Ida responded and found the med immediately. Then they kept it for me in a fridge and brought it to my room during my next visit (coordinated by Clift). Really appreciate the help 🙏"
