"Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. "Rooms smaller and more dated than some newer hotels ( eg Grand Hyatt where we also stayed) but the breakfast and service impeccable and the best we experienced on our 2week trip. Swimming pool area as good , if not better than Grand Hyatt. The only negative is that the room doors are quite heavy so you hear them banging as well as the wooden bathroom doors and wardrobes. Grand Hyatt rooms larger and more open plan so no noise at all but breakfast and serve at pool nowhere near as good as Oriental "
