"Rooms were great, staff friendly and helpful with early check-ins/late check outs. Restaurant on site served great food. Free laundry was a bonus as was the table football and the beautiful birds near the outdoor seating area. Only issue was taxis - hotel had a driver but he was really expensive and we had to plan ahead for pick up and drop off"

"I don't understand why this hotel had 5 points as a review and it was the reason I booked it. This is the WORST hotel rooms I haven't seen. It is like a hostel budget hotel with mold and very old bed. We saw the rooms and we left, did not even slept there. HOTELS.COM should verify hotels offered on their website. All hotels in Kigali have wifi now so it is no longer a criterion for your selection. Last time I am using either one of these "hosts""

"Good comfortable stay. The hotel has a nice location (near embassies, President's office and the UN) but being on the main road is a bit noisy. They can also improve their maintenance. But overall good for the price."

"The property was not as advertised. The place appears a bit run-down and the rooms we stayed in had stained and partially broken toilet seats. We had to urgently make arrangements to secure alternative accommodation for our elderly mothers, which was extremely inconvenient.
The hotel employee who was on duty was however very helpful and understanding, which we appreciated very well. He also contacted the hotel manager who was equally understanding and promised to process a refund for the room...

"They are currently shifting to the place across the street, so things are bit haphazard as they make the change. They did switch us to a different room when our key wasnt working. They also worked very hard to accomodate us in other ways. Overall good experience. "
