"The overall ambience at the hotel was easy going and peaceful.Breakfast was varied and interesting. My room was spotless and the cleaners made some adorable shapes out of my towels when they changed them Only minor gripe was there was insufficient areas down in reception to either sit down and chat or do some work- unless you went to the onsite coffee shop."

Room was clean and spacious and had everything needed - ample towels and toiletries, nice hot water, tea and coffee station, filtered water, mosquito net and comfy bed. Turn down service left tasty cookies for bedtime snack. Breakfast at the restaurant was made to order and had plentiful offerings. In a very nice walkable location."

"We loved our stay at Park Inn. The highlight was how friendly, kind and welcoming all the staff are. Park Inn is lucky to have such amazing staff that made our stay so wonderful. This includes Gordonn, Maria, Josee and Nelson. The room was excellent as was the food and the WiFi was very fast. We highly recommend staying here. We only wish we had more time to explore Kigali and Rwanda as we only had one night here. Thank you to all the staff!"

"Room was good although well worn. The staff were friendly but not great English. Breakfast was ok, but somewhat poor quality. One example: I needed ice for a sprain and it took 10 hours to get any. Overpriced for the quality."
