"Hotels.com is still advertising rooms at this property even though there were sold out. Upon arrival I was told that the executive room I had booked was not available but the manager made an alternative arrangement I was happy about. The place is very nice and the staff are friendly. Will definitely stay here again but will call the manager before booking."

"Radisson Blu was perfect for our stay in Rwanda!! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Our entire stay we marvelled at how often we were offered help and service. The dining options were fantastic, the breakfast buffet had everything you could want as some new things to try. Linda in guest relations goes out of her way to help make your stay extra special. The Kigali Heights Mall across the street was great. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Do not stay here, total false advertisement. We went to Kigali for a conference and booked this hotel for the week, but This place is defined not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, disgusting and very old carpets and curtains, very poor lighting, not flat screen tv’s and barely working to non existent wifi. All of these advertised in their website. My bathroom had no shower curtain, so everytime I showered, the whole thing was flooded, and these are no tube with jets. Finally, my colleague...

"The staff were lovely but the hotel was showing its age and the carpets all smelled like they needed a really good clean - the air freshener sticks were not doing a good job of hiding it. The pool was out of action but the breakfast was fairly good. My room though was huge, the bed comfortable and likewise on the big side, and the shower was really really good - hot water and great pressure."

"This is an older hotel in a very nice neighborhood. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We really appreciated the shuttle ride to the hotel from the airport. Employees were all friendly and helpful. They were somewhat confused with the hotels.com reservation but let us stay anyway. "

"Thumbs up to the staff who were so helpful and courteous. If you're looking for an affordable, quiet and decent place to stay, i would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms have a bit of a safari feel to them; the floors can get cold, so i would suggest carrying/wearing slippers. Make sure to request one of the rooms in front of the pool, the view is lovely at night. Also if you're looking for a ride to get you around Kigali, ask for Alphonse. The washrooms are starting to age a bit, but...
