"I was very pleased with the staff and the hotel's location. My only criticism is that my daughter and I arrived early because of our incoming flight from America. I know that the room was not officially available until 16:00. We arrived at 11:00 AM. I was hoping that we could have occupied our hotel room say around 14:00. But, we were not able to enter the room until 16:00."
