"Check-in was friendly and available services explained. Room was spotless and well set out, good amount of drawers, shelves and hanging space. Room was a nice temperature and very quiet, no disturbance from adjoining rooms either. The carpets throughout rooms and the hallway act as very effective soundproofing. Didn't try the restaurant as I like more vegan choices but food looked very nice. Bar had some lovely wines, price as expected for the hotel so no complaints from us. Great area around the hotel, a good vibe, many bars and restaurants, no noise disturbance, felt very safe. Easy walk to Old Town and close to tram network. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others. Fantastic value for money."

"Firstly the location of the hotel was great, could walk to the old town square in 10 minutes. Our room was lovey and spacious, very clean and an amazing shower/bathroom. We overlooked the small outside courtyard, so was quiet apart from the odd noise from guests. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast every day, which was absolutely fine (bacon, egg etc plus good selection of continental breakfast dishes). We also had dinner there twice during our stay, again lovely, plus 19% discount for guests. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend. "

"Loved the extra touch’s provided by this lovely hotel. Free Coffee, tea & water 24/7. Free bike hire & spa. Each bedroom has an integrated tablet to control lights etc and with its own WiFi. Extras like avocado on toast served to your table. Friendly helpful staff in a very clean hotel, in an area easily accessible for all the best places in Kazimierz and Krakow old town. Would definitely revisit"

"It was a lovely beautiful hotel.very comfy beds and Pillows .water could be warmer for the shower ,because it was in the centre of town and I am a tourist in Krakow I found it difficult using tram to get there but the tram or bus stops at the hotel ,if anyone using tram it’s number 5 and bus 125 gets you to the hotel from krakow glowny,can’t really comment on breakfast as did not eat there but had drinks there and the staff and receptionist are very helpful ,they even booked me a taxi very early morning .overall lovely hotel and stay."
