"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Our room was amazing, Prosecco on arrival and soft drinks in the mini bar. We had an upgrade to a huge suite with a jacuzzi, we really couldn’t find fault atall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and if we return to Krakow, we will be staying here again. "

"Great stay, as usual. This is my third stay over the years and this hotel still keeps high standard. If us very clean and quiet. Rather minimalistic but you have everything what you need for a few days in Krakow. Location is very good if you want to visit old town and the Jewish district of Kazimierz. There are bikes to borrow, small gym. Super clean sauna, steam room and the testing area. Excellent although rather pricey breakfast. I will definitely stay there again next year. "

"This is a lovely hotel in the heart of the Kazimierz district very close to restaurants and pubs and also historical visits to synagogues and museums- walking possible to all city centre places and excellent trams. Hotel is very comfortable with good meals and very friendly helpful staff- only good things to say!"
