"I very much enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of restaurants and shops. The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. The room very clean and comfortable. The restaurant for dinner is a must. You have to try the cauliflower salad for your starter."

"This was an excellent hotel. It was well located, very clean, and the rooms were spacious and interestingly designed. The elevator was big (fit 5 people and 3 suitcases!), especially for an historic building. Reception was friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was available every day, you just have to put out a door sign to come clean your room, which we were explained when we checked in. We have relatives in Krakow we were visiting, and we’re already planning to stay here again when we come next time."

"As a travel agent I highly recommend staying here and it’s adult only. It includes breakfast and a bottle of champagne and fruit now that’s what I call looking after your guests. Arthur was amazing and so very helpful he went above and beyond that’s for sure he needs a promotion, the rest of the staff we seen was also very friendly and helpful and again smiles. The jacuzzi bath now that’s something that came in very handy and the end of each day with very tired legs ( chronic pain ) the beds was comfortable and we have a beautiful view of the square and honestly a small bit of noise but nothing that would keep you awake. We forgot to order a breakfast to go the morning we was leaving as it was an early morning flight but we were not bothered. I can not wait to return to this amazing hotel"

"Great location, spotlessly clean. Everything seemed brand new and certainly well maintained. I’ll definitely return. I also left my AirPods in the room which they found and are posting to me back in the uk. Great service!"
