Everything was ok, just one big minus - you have to pay for parking (40 pln for night). It is not included in the room price. There are a lot of activities for the children, the water-pool is working from 8:00 till 21:00 and it’s not very crowded.

NEVER again!

The hotel is old, below standard. The rooms are decorated 20 years ago, with only the bathroom renovated. The worst part is the mattresses in the beds, which are terrible—soft and worn. Never again!

Don't get fooled by the look of the hotel

4 stars are only for a fun activity. Reception is a careless and unkind. We had to wait over one hour for check in even though we get email check in is for 3pm we got room after 4 Rooms are very old worn not so comfy to stay in. Food just ok, bread not fresh, not to many options Don't get fooled by the look of the hotel Overall didn't feel welcome

Hast Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Leider sind die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommenen. Wir waren eine Woche da und zurm Frühstück gab es jeden Tag das gleiche. Zum Mittagessen war es jeden zweiten Tag was gleich und teilweise war es lauwarm oder sofern kalt. Im Wellnessbereich war die Dampfsauna fast ohne Dampf und die letzten 3 Tage kaputt. Für 4 Sterne Hotel ist da noch Luft nach oben.

Die Damen, die Termine für den Spa vergeben haben, sprachen kein Englisch. Termine wurden doppelt vergeben. Von den jeweils vier Duschen bei den Umkleidekabinen funktionierte nur jeweils eine Dusche. Am Whirlpool (Aussenbereich) wuchs viel Unkraut zwischen den Wegplatten. Für uns war das alles nicht so schlimm, doch konnte man sehen, dass dieses Hotel (bis auf den Empfangsbereich), in die Jahre gekommen war.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, w hotelu czysto, blisko jeziora. Hotel ma czasy świetności za sobą chociaż jego część została wyremontowana. Powiedział bym że to mocne 3 gwiazdki nie 4, ale dobra lokalizacja i przemiła obsługa pozytywnie wpływają na pobyt, polecam hotel szczególnie rodzinom z dziećmi.

Z dziecmi ok

Hotel bardzo dobry dla rodzin z dziecmi, jedzenie ok, duzy plac zabaw wewnetrzny, maly ale fajny plac zabaw zewnetrzny + tyrolka, fajny basen z długą zjezdzalnią, maly brodzik. W razie deszczu nie sposob sie nudzic. Pokoje niezbyt duże ale wlasciwie bylismy tam tylko na przebiórke i w nocy. Z minusów - ulokowano nas na 2 piętrze z niedzialajaca winda :/ stan obiektu - niby ok ale widac jego nadgryzienie zębem czasu.

Obiekt pięknie położony, w miarę czysto utrzymany, jednak brakowało wymiany ręczników czy też dołożenie wody w drugim dniu pobytu, jak również zasłania łózek, wyrzucenia śmieci. Ogólnie pozytywnie oceniam ten obiekt jednak widać iż obsługa powinna być na nieco wyższym poziomie - usprawiedliwieniem może być duża ilość gości co niosło za sobą dużą ilość obowiązków. Встретили Никак. Выдали ключи молча и ничего не объясняли. Русского языка не знают. Типа))) Отель старый, напольное покрытие все стерто чуть ли не до дыр. Бассейн маленький, полный детей вечером, плавать негде. Парные микроскопические. На улице купель тоже маленькая. В номере туалетная комната убрана плохо. Душ сломан, не крепится. Вода еле течет, нет напора. На балконе грязь!!! Не выйти. Короче НЕ СОВЕТУЮ!!!

czy na pewno 4 gwiazdki?

4 gwiazdki to było chyba 30 lat temu. Ogólnie czysto i bardzo miła obsługa, ale obiekt zdominowany przez rodziny z dziećmi. Na wypoczynek i relaks nie ma co liczyć, wszędzie biegają i krzyczą dzieci i trzeba na nie uważać, nawet w spa nie ma ciszy spokoju bo dzieci chlapią się na pontonach w basenach z solanką, biegają i krzyczą przy zapalonym świetle jak na stadionie. Nie polecam wyjazdów biznesowych lub wypoczynkowych. Szkoda, bo miejsce jest super, z pięknym widokiem na jezioro. Obiekt posiada ogromny potencjał a staje się pensjonacikiem dla dzieci. Hotel jest w trakcie remontu, więc jest szansa że pokoje będą też w standardzie 4 gwiazdek, bo w tej chwili widać upływ czasu w łazienkach i na meblach.
