"It was as advertised"

"Everything was great at the hotel,they had a restaurant,it was not open at the time we were there,but they had one.Staff was nice and knowledgeable,quick checkin.Only complaint was it was chilly in the room and when trying to turn the heat on all we got was cold air."

"Got there and had a sign stating pool and hot tub was not open, which was the reason for booking the room, as my back is really bad and after travel I need the heat to help with pain. Check in took forever as there was only one person checking people in and was very slow."

"Looking online the rooms looked modern and clean. This hotel doesn’t use the actual pictures of the hotel online. They use pictures from other hotels that are newer and post them.When I arrived the room was not modern and very dirty. Once I walked into the room there was a nasty smell. The bed comforter was white with a big black spot, behind the door was a huge dried old cheese, the closet had torn wood, the refrigerator was dirty with white stains, the microwave was dirty with brown stains, the wall below the window had brown stains. The room was so dirty that I could not sleep in the hotel. I checked out and found another hotel to stay in for the weekend. Overall, to do not recommend staying in this hotel due to the dirty, smelly, outdated rooms. Even the hallways are dark and outdated and smell as well. This is the worst hotel I ever saw. "

"Very barren lobby area, no coffee or breakfast. The elevators are incredibly slow and filthy. The bed was nice, bathroom very small and shower head awful."

"Was a little disappointed that the pool was out of service during our stay and they only had one elevator working. Door on the backside of hotel you can’t use coming in because the key card doesn’t open the door. But other than that the room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable. "

"It was supposed to be a non-smoking room the room reeked of cigarette smoke there was a cigarette burn on the couch cushion there were cigarette burns on one end table your landscape your grass was not cut no breakfast food I can send pictures if you like"
