"This is a Tru by Hilton, a new version of a hotel stay. Lobby area was open and bright and cheery, and the receptionist was very helpful. And while the rooms are very well laid out they are by design a little bit smaller than a normal hotel room. The enormous lobby area included a a pool table, a foosball table, a nice area to sit and watch TV and plenty of places to do work, to eat their wonderful breakfast, would have a small business meeting around the tables. The breakfast was wonderful and there was coffee and tea available all day long. It was a different experience than what I’ve had at many hotels, but I thought it was great. And all this came with a lower price than a normal Hilton hotel would offer. A new idea for a new or old generation."

"First off, the staff was great... helpful, friendly and attentive. Was in town for a meeting at the USAF museum so this property allowed easy access to it (10 min drive). But this I believe is a new hotel in a very old building. If you're looking for quiet, know that street noise can be a problem as well as the old elevator system that seems to contribute to the non-stop thumping/banging heard most hours. While the restaurant is decent (bar furniture needs a re-think/upgrade) there's not much else w/in a 3-4 block radius. It's about a 20-30min walk east or south to Oregon (Salar or Jays worth the walk) to find any other decent dining."
