"I travel often for work and I've never had the pleasure of staying at a Drury Inn and Suites until very recently. The Front Desk Attendant (Dharma) was wildly professional and very friendly. Her customer service acumen knows no bounds and watching her deal with a particularly difficult guest delicately and with kindness was truly remarkable. Kudos as well to the other young lady but she kept her composure and provided her customer with the same level of service I received. As if being greeted by these "Customer Service Queens" wasn't enough, I'm then given a piping hot bag of delicious, buttery popcorn? For Free?! SURELY THERE IS SOME CATCH! But no, the popcorn is gratis and purely meant to make you smile and make your stay that much more awesome. And ya know what? It worked. Beautiful, ice cold, clean room and a TV that didn't buzz and flicker every 15 seconds. (I'm looking at you, Hilton...) 10/10. Highly suggested. Solid hotel for a great price."
