"Convenient location, near everything! We got a king size bed upgrade for free (from a double bed)! Thank you! Staff were very nice! Lightings in hallways and in elevators were a bit too dark. Hard to see the floor buttons in elevator. "

"We loved our stay! We were able to easily walk to the hotel from Penn Station, and from the hotel to Times Square and Hamilton at Richard Roger’s Theatre. Subway was directly beside the hotel, and there were several great restaurants in close proximity. The hotel is nearly 100 years old, so the wear on the facility was expected. Loved the art deco feel though!! "

"This is a great hotel in a great spot. I brought my kids into the city for a little adventure and we chose to stay at Virgin NYC, and I am really happy that we did! We had an incredible view of the Empire State Building!"
