"Room has the Cockroach on the floor when we opend the door of the room very first time. Staff was so rude and miss representing information, such as asked for Iron throughout our stay and they didn't provide it rather asking us to give them clothes to get iron from outside Sarcastic way."

The animation team were fabulous and dynamic in their activities. Would certainly recommend this family hotel to others. The only recommendation I would suggested is to paint the lobby ceiling where there has been water damage as on arrival at the hotel it gave the wrong first impression of the environment. "

"Great stay! Free upgrade to a suite! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Huge pools. Area is very walkable into the Medina there are taxis out the front waiting of you do need one. I would stay here again! "

"Room was lovely and clean only one small thing no towels in room had to request some at reception which arrived straight away. Buffet dinner was not very good, most food was cold and hardly any choice we did complain about it but because I signed they were not going to not charge me, but after a lot of negotiation they gave us 50% discount Most of all it's a lovely hotel "
