Casablanca hotel rooms a the Steigenberger

"The room was clean and had a very nice layout. The pool and pool area were clean and well-kept. The hotel had a convenient location. I visited the spa for a just massage and the massage was very overpriced. Be aware that draping (i.e., covering areas of the body not being massaged with a towel/sheet) is not a done at this spa which makes for a chilly experience. I would stay at this hotel again but I would skip the massage."

"When me and my colleague was on our way to the hotel from our first stay. They cancelled our reservation 2h before arrival. No room where longer available. Luckily there was a nice Hotel just 3 minute wall from ther BH Casablanca with supergood service and nice rooms!"

"The bathroom is not clean. Toilet bowel with stains. Shower head is broken. Very noisy, the tram and car right outside the hotel. Terrible experience."
