"The property made our honeymoon special by greeting us with rose petals and roses upon entry to our rooms at the Hotel. They accommodated us free of charge with early check in. Very friendly and helpful staff save and except the attendants at the “boutique” who were piggish with nasty attitudes. They ought to be changed or fired immediately as they brought down the general management and pleasantness of the otherwise perfect experience. Will recommend anyone to visit but stay away from the gift shop masking as a boutique with terrible staff and service. "

"We cannot say enough good things about this Riad. The Riad is super clean and beautifully furnished. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The Riad breakfast is tasty and filling. We also ate dinner at the Riad one evening and it was delicious and reasonably priced. The pool is refreshing, especially in the summer heat. We also appreciated that the Riad arranged a late night pickup for us and had a staff member walk out to meet us at the Medina entrance at about 1:00 am. We would definitely stay again. "

"Extremely charming hotel, very well furnished and decorated.The 3 floors are a continuos discovery of nice corners Super warm welcome from the staff, with bottomless maroccan tea and sweet almonds. Plenty of clarification were given to us, from city "MUST SEE" spots to negotiation techniques. light and customisable breakfast was served on the stunnig terrace at 3rd floor. Room and bathroom were super clean and bed extremely"

"Beautiful 5 star property. All staff were amazing especially Sarah who checked us in the hotel efficiently. Sarah was amazing and helped us check in at 12:00 when our check in was supposed to be at 15:00. All facilities were amazing including pools , rooms and breakfast buffet . So much variety for everyone to choose from . Will definitely be coming back to Marrakech just for Savoy Le Grande Hotel !"
