"Saane at parking exit rolled her eyes at us when we didn’t know it was the room key we needed to use to exit, I paid a lot of money for this room and I was really taken aback that this occurred day after we checked in. They charge additional amenities fee and parking fee, just add this into price of room. I will look for room with out additional fees next time. The activity offerings were nice. Pool area is very pretty with lights and walking bridge."

The concierge was especially helpful, they provided us with a map and great recommendations for exploring the area since all the excursions were fully booked. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return in the future."
