Room was clean bed was comfortable the lady's that clean the rooms do a great job we left one day with some dishes in the sink and when we came back they even washed our dishes the place is older but feels much more like a home along with the full size fridge and stove also a sink and everything else you need to cook with and eat plates,cups,bowls, ect if we ever make it back to maui we will definitely be staying here again

The inside was colorful, apartment type set up so it felt like home on vacation. Tons of lighting options inside. We got the garden view which was beautiful off the outside porch connected to our room. Intimate and quiet in September. The walk to the beach was perfect, only a jaunt away! All the flowers carefully planted around the exterior were pretty to look at and the pool had a side room to hang out at that was covered and filled with games and opportunity to bbq with their equipment. Lovely place to stay! We were blessed!

We loved how quiet everything was. Loved being so close to the beach. My husband usually has the television playing as he sleeps, so not having a tv he used he’s game console. That’s probably the only thing that was a downside.

If you are looking for a CLEAN, convenient place to stay, and do not need to overspend on a resort… this is your place. The king size bed was so comfortable and the twin day bed was great too! Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Maui!

We love our stay here. Location is the best. Walk to Kapalua Trail every morning. The beach is beautiful. The property is nice, kitchen are equipped with what you needed for everyday cooking. The property is clean, easy online check in process. The garden and the pool are also beautiful.

Loved on-site laundry at such a reasonable price. Love the outdoor Ohana room with its comfortable furniture.Beautiful garden setting the café next-door was very handy. The daybed in the living area was impossible to sit on, even with the pillows provided. More comfortable chairs in the living area would be appreciated.

A great location, and very comfortable beds but the property is outdated, there was no cleaning service for the whole week, and we had the same beach towels for the duration. There were roaches in the kitchen, we were woken a couple of times by the loudest possible leaf blower at 6am. Also, you have to hand wash your own dishes which is fine but the previous guests didn't do it well so our first meal was on somewhat dirty dishes. All in all it wasn't bad enough to ruin our vacation but it didn’t improve it any either.

The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was clean and stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The laundry is equipped with washers, dryers, an iron, a steamer, etc. The staff was very helpful. The property is very close to the beach. No TV and no elevator. If you have issues with stairs, inform them so you can book the first floor.

Location was amazing, the room was beautiful and the amenities like the pool and OHana room were lovely. Only complaint was that we never got the housekeeping service even though we stayed 5 days. We had someone come at an inconvenient time at first but requested they come a day after, never happened. I'd still recommend this to anyone however. Just make sure you ask for housekeeping when you need it
