This is an older property without any modern touches—but it was clean, well-maintained, peaceful and the view from our balcony was spectacular. It was convenient having the the restaurant nearby which had a lively vibe, great food and staff— and a plaza with small shops a short drive away.

Absolutely beautiful stay. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the location was perfect. They have coffee, juice, fresh fruit and rolls for breakfast every morning. Parking is free but they have limited spaces. Security will come out and help you park if it's tight. There's no tv in the rooms, but you're in Maui! The only cons: water pressure is not good, but the water did get hot. Also, the walls are thin and the outside picks up all the sounds, so you hear everyone all the time. If you happen to stay near a family with kids, you're up when they're up!

Not enough parking for guests, lack of security of the rooms on the second floor. Only a poor chain on the door to the patio and security has your room code. No replenish of coffee. View was nice right on the ocean so main reason for a 3 rating. Water pressure not great. Both the W/D were out of order so no laundry. Could not reach the desk when called most of the times. Setting is A but a lot of other issues, bring it down to a C.
