We love this property and the staff there is great. The only downside is we were woken up from noise from the room above us every morning from 6:00 am to 8:00 am, It sounded like someone was running or bouncing a ball.
The one bedroom/bath was very spacious. Fully appliance stocked kitchen. Saved a lot of money eating breakfast in the room every morning. They have an adult only pool. Another perk. We will definitely come back.
We had a beach view balcony and the room was very clean. We stayed a week and the great staff cleaned daily. Every one was very friendly and helpful. The parking is valet and your car is always ready when you need it.
Absolutely exceeded expectations. Such awesome spacious rooms to be at the location they are, although expensive is a bargain compared to others in the area. Save so much to eat in the room. Pool was sooo perfect for kids.
Fantastic property and stay. The units appear to be recently updated and in great condition. The ocean view was great - mostly unobstructed unless you count a few palm trees. The pool bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen at a resort - very much appreciated this attention!
Aside from a negative interaction with the hotel manager who was not friendly or very helpful after our vehicle's windshield was shattered by a golf ball in the valet lot, the rest of the staff was wonderful. Any service requests were addressed almost immediately. Would definitely stay again!
Hotel staff were great! Loved our hotel it was very roomy. The only thing I could say negatively about is the roaches and valet. We
told the front desk about the roaches and kept our place pretty well clean but it didn’t seemed like they sprayed for them. We find them in each room crawling on our bed by our head. It was pretty awful . The parking for $40 a night was also terrible , we received our car back dirty very dirty . Bird droppings , ants and the car was sticky , wings on the hood it looked like the car was taken to the Forrest (it obviously wasn’t) I think for $40 a night parking could have been way better . Everything else was great! We loved the pool, the floor layout , really a great place , although what was mentioned above. We stayed on the second floor 3402 , I believe was our room number . Maybe staying on a higher floor would/could help ??
Amazing resort. Welcoming staff. Lots of activities. Clean rooms and property. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. Huge bathrooms with lots of counter space. The balcony was our favorite space - dining table and four chairs, two comfortable chairs with table and a lounge couch….but the view was the winner…ocean, island of Lanai, whale watching, mountains, plus gorgeous views of the pools and grounds. We loved the poolside bar and grill and had many meals poolside.
Great room size. Clean and up to date. Amazing view. The Hyatt Vacation Club is better than the main hotel. Pools are better, rooms are bigger - I mean, you get a full kitchen. Which also saves money when you cook because restaurants are so expensive there. If we stay in Kaanapali again, we’ll stay here again.
We were changing hotels and the staff were able to accommodate our luggage and we were able to utilize the pool while we waited for our room to be ready.
We stayed for 7 nights and had specifically requested a higher-floor room. However, the staff provided a second-floor room, and the view was largely blocked by trees, which was disappointing.
It was so wonderful. The staff was so great and got us taken care of quickly after a tiring night of trying to make new plans after the Tsunami. I’m so grateful for their kindness…it’s a beautiful resort with wonderful amenities and a great location.
Great location. Spacious, beautiful unit. Perfect for me, my mom and my daughters. Gorgeous view. Full kitchen to eat at home some nights. Would stay here again!
This was a perfect set up for my husband and I and our adult son. We both had our own rooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the floorplan with a small kitchen and living area between us with a wonderful spacious balcony that looked out to the amazing pool area with the ocean just beyond that. Everything was nice, clean, and you could order good food from the pool bar. It was a short walk to the Kannapali shops and restaurants.
