A "life-saver" on one occasion after we checked out and I left our passports and cash in the safe. Yasmin retrieved them for us and kept them safe until we could return. "The location is downtown Beverly Hills off the main street (Wilshire). Small yet antiquated hotel. The neighborhood in the area is quaint and vibrant. There is a sister hotel that patrons may go to use the fitness center, pool and enjoy the restaurant. Again, the hotel is in need of upgrades however the mattress was excellent and the hotel representatives were helpful/respectful."
