"We stayed at this hotel in both Kyoto & Osaka. Both have onsens but these felt superior. The massage chairs were also a great boost to what they offer and staff was great and helpful. At a great location and a place I would absolutely return to when back in Kyoto. Can be a bit busy during peak hours but still find times to take advantage of amenities. "

"Beautiful room with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and kind staff. We paid for breakfast and were given lunch as well. Plus, there is a nice club room with sofas, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks as a free service of the hotel. The Onsen is lovely after a long day. Easy access to train stations and it’s easy to get around to all of the temples and shops. A nice Pilates and yoga facility is down the street. It was a posit e experience all anroind, and I would do it all over again. "

"Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. The front desk was very kind and helped us with information and with luggage dispatch to our next destination. The bedroom was really good and spacious. Three minute walk from Kyoto station, so it was good to arrive and leave with Shinkansen and also to move around the city with train and subways. "
