"Second time in the hotel , even we asked to be upgraded they offered just with extra charge . Breakfast doesn’t have the variety I would expect including lack of western products and vegetables . Service is good in general and location excellent . Room size is not too big for superior double All together price wise is reasonable"

"We really enjoyed our five nights at this well situated hotel. It’s within walking distance of major sites and close to good restaurants (the concierge staff was tremendously helpful in helping us make dinner choices). The room was relatively spacious with a fabulous bathroom. The breakfast is awesome with menu ordering for entrees plus a plentiful buffet. Really one of the best we’ve experienced in lots of international travel, Unfortunately, the weather didn’t allow us to visit the rooftop bar. Maybe next time!"

"The hotel was directly across the Kyoto Station which made it soooo much easier to get to after a long stressful day. The entertainment/busy area was approximately 2 miles away which I highly recommend that you do the walking. Very convenient site"

The property is easy to get to from Kyoto station, the staff are all so friendly and professional, the amenities are great, rooms are clean and comfortable. The onsen is one of my favorite things about staying here. The breakfast is excellent too!"
