"The staff were very polite, helpful, and accommodating. Speaking English was a non-issue. Rooms were left organized, refreshed with amenities, and cleaned daily. There were plenty of shops within the hotel as well. Breakfast had a wide selection of both Japanese and western options. My only gripe was the price of breakfast being 55,000¥ a person. It felt a bit overpriced."
