"We stayed at a suite-room with its own garden and pool and it was one of the best hotel rooms I ever had. Our 2,5 year old toddler swam freely and joyfully and we were able to spend quality time with him without worrying about him running off.
We ordered room service and it was excellent. The one thing we would enjoy a little more would be some additional dining options. Also, a playground in the garden would be amazing."

"A lovely hotel with exceptional customer service. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with a warm smile that continues throughout your stay. The staff are incredibly welcoming, the breakfast is fabulous, and the room service is excellent, with especially delicious manti. The rooms are beautifully equipped with top-notch Sanctuary amenities, and the bathrooms feature Atelier Rebul products. The Anadolu side of Istanbul truly needed a hotel like this, and I will happily be returning."
