"Very friendly restaurant staff. Reception team efficient and very helpful. Asked us about a ramp for my son's wheelchair anytime we came in and out of the hotel. Afternoon tea was an excellent experience. Since covid this is the 1st place that did housekeeping which really made us feel we were on a holiday. "

"service was excellent, nice people. The only thing that annoyed me was parking was not available though it is mentioned on the website(paid parking). It was difficult to find street parking late at night and walk with family and kids to the property."

"Had a 2 night stay recently, booked a standard single room which was dated but clean, warm & had tea / coffee making facilities tv etc. The restaurant was having a refit so no evening meals at this time ( but you were welcome to bring in a takeaway ) also breakfast was continental & not cooked, I presume while work was being carried out in kitchen/ restaurant. The staff I met were friendly & helpful .... would I stay again ? Yes ! Oh & in the summer months Harry's Bar has quite a nice decking area outside."
