"It’s a really lovely chalet arrangement. Staff are friendly and welcoming. There was no Wi-Fi in the chalet and the cleanliness average but not as well equipped as we are use to. Just a few extra wouldn’t go unnoticed such as a couple of blankets a couple of extra glasses and cutlery maybe. But to finish on a positive the Hot tub was well maintained as well as the pool an overall nice place to stay close to the

"We traveled from the USA. We had a wonderful stay. We took the Hovercraft across the water and the Hotel was directly across the street The staff was very helpful and kind. The bath towels were very nice. The only thing missing for me were face washcloths. Our breakfast was included and was delicious and plentiful. Because it is such a spacious hotel, I was able to meet with my cousin and aunt I hadn’t seen in 50+ years inside the hotel. I was able to purchase tea and coffee and cake for us to enjoy while we visited."
