"Best resort ever!!!!! The location, service, food, bedding, fitness center, spa ….. Eveything is top notch"

"The room has a really bad design as people can see into it, so always had to draw curtains whilst in room. Some staff were more helpful than others, asked two members of staff for something in restaurant and both said one minute and didn’t come back. Housekeeping were very good, as well as the porter he was very friendly and kind"

"The rooms looks really modern and the pool on the roof is really something ! Great breakfast buffet. The location is perfect to spend time in kuta. But the reason I keep comeback there is the kindest of the staff there, Balinese are very nice and friendly in general but in this hotel, every single member of the staff will say hello to you, smile and help you if you need. You feel very welcome there, it's a world class hotel !"

"Super friendly and helpful staff, the whole facility is a fantastic art work."

"Great location and facilities. Staff were very helpful and quick to address any problems we had."

"Excellent customer service from the security to check in counter and housekeeping staff....super convenient...next to the mall and ferry terminal"

"Rooms are dated, pool is very nice and breakfast was amazing."

"I loved my stay. When I come back to Bali in 2027 I will definitely come back to this resort"

"Beautiful and peaceful Boutique Resort. Very kind and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Loved it, staff are very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is nice to eat on the rooftop aswell! The room with pool access is very clean and having the pool so close is lovely!"
