He hold my luggage and not let me take, because he said my kid has tore off the toilet curtain. And then when we agreed to settle the bill, when my Grab car is arrive, he talked to the driver in local language then the driver leave immediately. Turned out I need to call another car and make me nearly late to the airport and can't take the flight. That hotel manager service and...
