Stayed overnight when our flight was rescheduled the next day, Very good service, And the rooms and bathrooms even if they are old, Extremely clean. No rust or dirt, Im super impressed. Hands down to the cleanliness of this hotel! Good job!

Room is clean and buffet breakfast is really good

We had a great time in the hotel. the room was expectedly a bit small but functional. Check in/check out was a breeze. The shuttle bus was very reliable and took us to the airport for easy access to shopping malls and other places we wished to go. Breakfast was very nice as well.

Arriving from a 10day cruise and doing an overnight stay at NRT. Initially stayed at Narita Gateway when we arrived which had good shuttle service and good buffet but we (5pax) decided to change hotels as we found Gateway too dtd. and full of mainland Chinese Tour Groups which made the hotel quite hectic. Very fast check in and check out process. Such a convenient place to stay overnight for an early morning trip to the airport because they have free shuttles every 20 minutes. Free water and coffee.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lumiere Kasai! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was easy to find, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The property itself is very clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing clothes for guests to use during our stay. It made our visit even more comfortable. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!
