Very good.

Room is clean and buffet breakfast is really good

Very fast check in and check out process. Such a convenient place to stay overnight for an early morning trip to the airport because they have free shuttles every 20 minutes. Free water and coffee.

We had a great time in the hotel. the room was expectedly a bit small but functional. Check in/check out was a breeze. The shuttle bus was very reliable and took us to the airport for easy access to shopping malls and other places we wished to go. Breakfast was very nice as well.

Stayed overnight when our flight was rescheduled the next day, Very good service, And the rooms and bathrooms even if they are old, Extremely clean. No rust or dirt, Im super impressed. Hands down to the cleanliness of this hotel! Good job!

From the spacious and serene room to the top-notch amenities. The free shuttle service to Narita Airport, JR Narita Station, and AEON Mall made getting around super easy and stress-free. I also loved the breakfast buffet. Delicious and satisfying variety of food was a perfect way to start each day in Japan. The ambiance of the hotel and its...
