"I couldn’t figure out the shuttle so I walked to the hotel, it was a short enough distance and I was traveling with a backpack so not to bad at all."

"Largest room we had in Tokyo area. Airport shuttle was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and understood most English. My only compliment is the beds were soooooo hard. My hips complained all night. "

"Friendly staff but rooms were hot as a sauna. No air conditioning and the sign indicated so not open windows. Pillows were so old they had clumps of foam. Difficult sleep to no sleep prior to flying. Shuttle was great to airport and left at great times"

"We stayed for a week at this hotel an everyday we had clean towels and beds made, the staff were very helpful and they all spoke fluent English so it was easy to ask any questions, they had free breakfast and their is a little 7 eleven in the lobby for easy quick snacks , their spa was very clean and the staff was welcoming it was close to the narita airport which is where we flew in and flew out of their shuttle buses were so accommodating getting us to and from Tokyo station and the airport pretty much recommend!"

"Great shuttle service to and from the airport, nearby bus station and nearby mall. They had our room ready with the extra bed for the third person which was appreciated. Smooth check-in and nice buffet breakfast available. Overall great value and we would stay here again. "
