"The De Soto experience was mediocre at best. The condition of the hotel and rooms shows excessive wear. Banged up elevators, peeling paint on furniture in the room, grease on the wall around the balcony door, mildew in the caulking around the shower, and dented and gouged floor floors in the room to name a few. The hotel is showing its age. The pool area was dirty and pool furniture was falling apart. "
