"Friendly staff from check in desk to breakfast staff and cleaners . We didn’t use the pool as we went to Volcano Bay . Laundry facilities were handy and easy to use $4 wash $4 to dry . Car park seemed a bit steep at around $30 per night but we had Uber instead of a car . We would definitely use again for convenience to Universal parks."

"This property was exceptional! And the staff was so accommodating easy going! I really appreciated that it was right in the beach, had two pools, and bars that included a really fun mermaid show. We walked down the street to the right and found restaurants and a fun affordable Queen cruise. My daughter was there for a volleyball tournament and the whole team came over and we played beach volleyball right next to the property. It was a blast. The umbrella rentals are a must and pretty affordable. I was so happy with our whole experience! "

"We had a wonderful layed back stay. Loved the free coffee in the lobby and free drinkable water. Loved the complimentary pool towels. Loved the fact that the pools were open 24/7. The beach was wonderful. We walked to the Pier Park every day for dining and entertainment. Grocery store was just across the street, and a few restaurants. There was also a bus stop directly at hotel entrance (we didnt rent a car but could get anywhere using the bus). The hotel is onky 25 minutes from the airport. We also enjoyed the bonfires on the beach. Highly recommend ocean front rooms."
