"A hotel waiting to be closed down. No amenities, no bar, no restaurant, no coffee /tea in room, ridiculously expensive shop in the lobby. Being knocked down in late 26/27."

"Customer service was horrible. I used the kiosk and it didn’t give me instructions. Waited an hour to speak to the desk and then she said it was her fault that it happened. She then asked how long did I wait I told her and she smirked and said what did you do for the entire time. I told her wait. She was very dismissive and rude. Then my wife called the front desk just to explain our experience. The lady said sorry and would call back. They never called back. Overall bad customer service. I will not be staying there again."
