By far the best value for money I’ve found in Orlando! The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and attentive, and everything was handled quickly. I had a wonderful stay and slept so well after a busy day. I’ll definitely be back! ❤️

The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff was very helpful everyday. One thing I would love to point out, is how wonderful the hotel smelt. If only I could find the scent! Thank y’all for a wonderful stay.

The property was amazing, clean, and the staff were very helpful. The bar food and drinks were really good. The only thing it would be a problem for most people is that there’s only one restaurant walking distance from the hotel called Waffle House. We used Uber Eats and we order the food from the bar which was great 10/10. I would definitely stay here for my next trip to Disney World/ Universal Studios.

She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure guests have the best possible experience. Perfect for a early arrival to Disney. We drove to Orlando a day early and needed a place to stay for the night before our Disney vacation and wanted somewhere that was close and clean. The front desk clerk was very helpful with our check-in and parking was very easy. The room cleanliness was exceptional, especially compared to other options we considered. I was pleasantly surprised at how plush and nice the beds felt. We're very glad to have booked a stay here.

Looking out the property it looked a little questionable, but once we got inside, it looked like they renovated and it’s nice and clean. The room was clean and staff there were friendly and helpful! The AC was truly our savior in the Florida weather so it was nice to go inside a room that was cool and not warm or humid. The shower was great too and had great water pressure and the room was more than adequately lit! Location was perfect because it was only a few min drive to Disney Springs and about 10min from the hub Disney Parks like Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Animal Kingdom; it was also about a 15-20min drive to Epic Universe as well!

I love this one, employees so nice! Yesterday night the overnight agent at front called Preston is very helpful he. Was by himself and he walked all the way to my unit to help me turn off the shower. And other front desk agents were very generous too went above and beyond to mmae my experience so wonderful. So so luxury hotel. Everytime I come to Orlando I would stay here. It is my second time this year staying here

It was a nice place for a short visit. The hotel in general is nice and clean, except for the bathroom shower area. There were hair and stains in it and the walls didn’t seem to be cleaned. Also a very noisy AC. Apart from that, it was good.
