"Hotel Capital is not a "high-end" hotel, but that doesn't matter. It's safe, conveniently located (Antiguo Cuscatlán area of San Salvador, El Salvador) and economical. Rooms are a tad dreary, but clean and functional. Breakfasts are acceptable. Economical and safe are the key terms!"
