Valet parking, the hotel has been renovated. Very nice rooms, very clean and comfortable. Remodeled bath with large walk in shower. Beds are comfortable. Room service is excellent and not expensive. Food tasted great. Elevator is new. Our last stay we used the stairs. Overall excellent experience. Suites have refrigerators. Very helpful to keep the waters cold. Good place to stay. Have not seen another with comparable rooms for the price. Free breakfast in their outdoor dining area. Food is good. Lots of variety.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and down on an open veranda overlooking the pool and gardens. It is an older hotel and that shows, but I would stay there again.

I would rate this hotel average; the staff is all very friendly. There is a nightclub somewhere around the hotel where you can hear the music; usually it was off by 12am. The week we stayed the elevator was not working, good exercise going up to the third floor except when I had to carry all of the bags of souvenirs.

If you like a quiet place to stay this is a perfect one, however if you like to walk around to see stores, restaurants and enjoy a coffe shop you are a little far away. Most people in the hotel are very kind however the breakfast buffet could be better, but I have not problem if I have to stay there again.

I really appreciated the room being quiet. The hotel is in a good strategic location, near everything. Although the infrastructure is old and basic, the room where I stayed was comfortable and quiet, so it was great for a good night sleep. The room was clean, food was tasty and it has a nice pool and garden.

Room was just fine, air conditioning worked well. Bed was very comfortable Elevator was not working so had to climb 3 flights of stairs. Parking attendants were very attentive. They park your car and retrieve it when you need it. Slip them a few bucks. They don’t make much. Breakfast was fine. Buffet style, Salvadoran style with some US food too. Overall I’ll give my stay a 4 Hotel is under renovation so some areas were closed off. I recommend this hotel
