I enjoy the 24/7 availability to go in and out and there is always in the front desk. Breakfast was on time. Very clean enjoy how it has access to the beach and at night the view is beautiful with lights.

We stayed for two days. We happened to be there during a pageant. Our room was not updated, sink smelled, faucet was not screwed tightly, the shower head moved, shower curtain to small so water would jump out and there’s no rug, so had to be careful exiting. There was one bat and two lizards in the hallway. Some of the staff were nice and helpful. Pools to me are dirty and had mold. I would go back.

The rooms are very outdated, Douglas, Rebecca, Felix and Edwin were extremely friendly & helpful!! The other staff was not so much, Cruz was extremely rude & disrespectful. Cruz was trying to charge me and make me pay $256.00 in 38 champagne cups, he said I drank 38 champagne glasses which is nearly impossible for 1 person to drink and still be sober. The experience wasn’t the greatest. The bathroom in our room smelled like urine bad.

The most remarkable is the lack of ventilation in the hallways and lobby , furthermore the pool with the bar, would need more attention to clean the debris in the water, otherwise great place, friendly staff and the room smell good

My partner and I had a very relaxing time together. We love the pool, our room was well air conditioned, clean room. Overall I would love to say one of the most key points was our server, Francisco.
