"I just want to take a moment to recognize the gentleman who served our dinner last night. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but I truly hope someone recognizes him and gives him the appreciation he deserves for his hard work and excellent service. He was amazing!"

"La ubicacion del hotel es excelente muy accesible a diferentes tipos de restaurantes, cafes, centros comerciales. El desayuno buffet de hotel es de lo mejor tiene una amplia variedad y de muy buena calidad, mi unica recomendación es la estación de jugos naturales que ofrezcan jugos recien esprimidos y no esencias. Tengo una queja respecto a la housekeeping (servicio de limpieza), me estaba quedando en el piso ejecutivo cuando uno tiene colocado el rotulo de NO MOLESTAR, no deberian estar marcando para saber si uno va a querer limpieza en la habitación, ya que es molesto para uno de huespede. Si uno sale mas tarde de la habitación personalmente siempre llamo para avisar, para que puedan llegar a realizar la limpieza."

"The service was great. The room was spacious and clean. The whole building is well maintained. The breakfast is delicious and there is a variety of food. Parking is always available and there is a security person always there. The area is beautiful and is basically next to the mall. We loved the hotel environment and service. The only thing that would be helpful is if they have a real laundry room because there is only one washer and one dryer for all the guesses. Overall, our experience was great and the view from our window was beautiful!"

"The only thing that makes a 6 AM flight bearable is getting to stay at this hotel the night before. In addition to being close to the airport, it just has a cool, relaxing vibe to it. And the food is delicious! Highly recommend."
