I called multiple times and was told the refund was processed. 2 weeks went by and it still wasnt processed so I called again and finally after that the date of the refund was today. The staff lied about the refund for a bogus charge that never even should have occurred. Not sure if they are crooks or incompetent."

"The room was absolutely filthy. Hair in the towels, mold, NASTY carpet. I did not feel safe on the property at all. People being loud outside & in walkways, smoking weed outside in the parking lots, blasting music in their cars. Would not recommend."
