The hotel was beautiful and the staff was first class. The only negative for me was that the bed was very firm which caused me hip pain (I am 48) and arms fell “asleep”. Other than the bed, it was a great place to stay.

Tha rooms are always clean and classy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The piano, wine and cheese in the afternoon is a great touch. Everything is easily within walking distance, will definitely be back.

Super clean room with a kick butt a/c. Bed was comfy but a little creaky when getting in and out. Shower was hot, towels were soft, and staff was a delight. Prime location for all the sights in Savannah. Loved the bottle of wine waiting in our room. The perfect stay for celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary.

Hands down my favorite place to stay in Savannah! The property is immaculate and the staff is friendly as well as welcoming. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. The rooms were to be cleaned every other day. That did not happen. When we inquired about it we were then informed we had to request service prior to 9:00 am. When walking to our room we came upon the cleaning crew right outside our room talking about us. Didn’t give us that warm welcoming feeling.

We liked the shower, and the almost immediate delivery of hot water to the faucets. The air conditioning was very good. We didn't like the poor lighting in the room itself; it made reading a book difficult. A television channel guide would have been helpful.
