The staff was on top of it, from check in to check out. I didn't need new towels or anything during our stay, but the kids left a mess on the floor from changing out of bathing suits. Housekeeping was more than happy to assist in vacuuming up our room while we were there.

The kitchen area was nice, microwave and refrig/freezer worked well. The tub had rust, due to age, but shower worked fine. The bed was super comfortable. However, when we opened the room door on Tuesday evening, there was a roach on one of the beds. It was not a good way to start the stay.

The continental breakfast was nothing but cereal and sad looking pastries. We stayed long enough to have cleaning service which amounted to the maid coming in throwing the comforters over the unmade beds and leaving two new towels without taking the dirty ones. They dumped one trash can. The hotel is very convenient to the beach which was the main reason we stayed there. I’m not sure if I would stay again. It was a lot of money for so few amenities.

Great hotel, right on the Beach. In walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Fantastic locations, amazing Beach and sunsets. Rooms spacious, clean with waterfront views. Make sure you check out the crab shack, Frannies and the Deck restaurant.

The beach was great & staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was older & run down. I had the drain in the tub snaked but it still backed up easily. The air conditioner would not go below 74 degrees. The tv system was down the whole time we were there. Not that we are on vacation to watch tv but we like to watch tv prior to going to bed. Property in general was clean.
