I would recommend this hotel. The staff was nice. The breakfast was really good and Dominic was on top of things making sure everything was stocked and there was always plenty of food when things were getting low. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. I also loved the showerhead. The only thing they didn't have was a bathroom vent. All in all, this was a great hotel.

We had a good stay overall. The room was nice, breakfast was really good (though food could take a while to be refilled during peak hours), and the downtown Savannah location was excellent. The main downside was the expensive valet-only parking, especially with a lot across the street charging about a third of the price. We were also mistakenly charged for valet parking we didn’t use, though the hotel corrected it quickly once we pointed it out. Overall, a pleasant stay, but be sure to check your bill!

Services rendered were not good. Ran out of toilet tissue, clean towels and came to the room to bring items while we were gone and didn’t touch the beds. Nothing was on the beds for them not to have made them up. Breakfast was good and their services were good. Some staff was so not concerned about customer satisfaction.

The AC wouldnt go lower than 68 and felt warm and seemed to cycle off every 15 mins which didnt allow for a good nights sleep because of inconsistent noise (maybe just our room??) Staff were great and very helpful on check in and check out. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the many other fairfield locations we have stayed. (Flavored coffee creamers not offered, options werent great) We didnt use valet parking. Location was great and very walkable to many many things.

At this property EVERYONE was awesome. They were very helpful getting us checked in and assisting with our luggage. Marquis went above and beyond to answer our questions as well as getting us luggage carts ans helping us get valet parking. EVERYONE was exceptionally friendly.
